First things first, getting registered on the Shine Retrofits website is easy. Simply follow the next few steps and you’ll be able to register for an account with Shine Retrofits, which will unlock a number of great options for ordering products.

1. Look to the top right of the screen and click on the button that says “My Account”

2. This will take you to the Customer Login page. On the right, you’ll click on “Create an Account”

3. On the Create New Customer Account page, you’ll fill out the customer information including your name, email, and password. Lastly, click the “Create an Account” button below

4. After you’ve finished, you’ll be taken to your “My Account” page

Now, you’ve created your Shine Retrofits customer account! On the My Account page you’ll be able to store payment info, easily reorder, manage returns, and even subscribe to newsletters. How to Place an Order


Placing an order on the Shine Retrofits website is easy. Once you’ve finished browsing through our products, you have the option of buying those items directly or requesting a quote. To place a product order, follow these instructions:

1. Simply click on any of our product listings and then click on the “Add to Cart” button 

2. The “Add to Cart” button will trigger a popup box that allows you to choose your product quantity  

3. Either add the item to your cart or go straight to checkout and pay for your order

 

How to Log In and Reorder Products


One of the benefits of having a Shine Retrofits account is that you can reorder products you would like to purchase again. Reorders are great because you don’t have to go through the trouble of searching for and buying each product again. Instead, you can just click a few buttons to repurchase these items. To reorder, follow the process below:

1. Log in to Shine Retrofits using the “My Account” button on the top right of the page

2. Once you’re logged in, go to the “My Account” page to view your dashboard. On the bottom of the page will be a list of your recent orders 

3. On the right side of the order listing, click on the text “Reorder” in blue

4. A quick order form will pop up with a summary of the order and a button that says “Pay” with the amount of your order

5. Click on the “Pay” button to reorder your items

 

How to Receive a Quote


In order to start the quote process, all you have to do is fill out a “Quick Quote Form” with your information, and a Shine Retrofits lighting expert will contact you about your lighting project.

1. On the top right of the page, click on the button “Quick Quote”

2. A “Quick Quote Form” will pop up just below the button

3. Fill out the form and click “Request Quote” at the bottom of the form

 

How to Add to an Existing Quote


You can also add an item to an open quote by following a few easy steps.

1. Click on any item in the Shine Retrofits catalog

2. On the item page, below the “Add to Cart” button you will find an “Add to Quote” button

3. The selected item will be added to your existing quote where you’ll be able to edit the included items and submit a quote request
