Order Status

How do I check my order status?

Click here to log in to your account. Once you are logged in, you will be able to navigate to your order and check the status there.

May I have a tracking number for my order?

You will received a tracking number via email as soon as we receive it ourselves. If it has not been emailed to you and does not appear on your order status page, then we are not able to provide it to you yet.

 


Order Cancellation

If you are canceling your order, please contact your account manager immediately by calling our toll free number: 1-800-983-1315. For some orders that have already shipped, it may be too late to cancel an order.

What if I am missing an item from my shipment?

If you are ordering parts from different manufacturers, they will arrive separately and often times on different days. Log in to your account to check your order and compare to the quantities received. If there is still something wrong, give us a call at 1-800-983-1315, email [email protected], or reach out using the chat function in the bottom left of our website.

 


Shipping

Where does Shine ship their products to?

Currently, we ship to the 50 United States.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping will be free for all orders over $49. Orders under $49 have an $8 flat rate shipping fee.

May I use my own UPS or FedEx shipping account?

Yes, please tell your salesperson when you are placing the order that you would like to use your own account.

How do I receive a rebate for my product order?

While many of the products found on ShineRetrofits.com are eligible for rebates, they will be issued by your local energy utility company. You can find more information about this process at the Rebate Center page.

Do you match prices of competitors?

We will do what it takes to earn your business.  Every product we have online is checked to make sure we are the lowest price online, and we also offering high quantity and contractor rates for ongoing customers and large projects.  If you find a price lower somewhere else for the same part number or one similar from another vendor, we will match that price! Feel free to contact us here or give us a call. We look forward to working with you.
