The Howard Lighting EPL3/32IS/MV/SC/HE is a low power, high efficiency electronic fluorescent ballast. The ballast operates two lamps on a parallel lamp operation with a minimum starting temperature of 0°F for the primary lamp. The ballast also has a maximum case hot spot temperature of 70°C, is FCC compliant, and both UL and CEE listed.
Ballast Specifications
