We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Most of the orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. All estimated lead times are listed in the Specifications section of each product page, and may vary based on current backlogs, stock levels, or other outside variables. All orders must be shipped; pick-up services are not offered. Please ensure that all shipping information you have provided to ShineRetrofits.com is correct as you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred if the shipping information you have provided is incorrect and shipments have to be rerouted.
Daily shipping deadlines vary by product and manufacturer. All Next Day, 2 Day and 3 Day orders must be placed before 12:00 PM MST in order to be shipped that same day, provided that the products are in stock. All orders placed after 12:00 PM MST will ship the next business day, provided that the products are in stock. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the shipping department provides it. There may be a 1-2 day delay in providing the tracking number based on volume.
It is your responsibility to unload the product from freight shipments. ShineRetrofits.com provides free shipping on large orders but will not procure the services to unload product. Where available, we provide information about the necessary equipment to large shipments, which may include the need to use heavy equipment to unload products. Any charges incurred by you to unload product or due to delay in unloading the products will be your responsibility.
We are pleased to currently offer free ground or freight shipping on orders over $1,000 shipped to the contiguous 48 states. Should you request a shipping method other than ground or freight shipping, additional costs may apply.
If you are outside of the contiguous United States, including, but not limited to shipments to APO, FPO, and P.O. Box addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and to international addresses, please contact us for assistance on ordering. For orders outside the lower 48 states, shipping charges are calculated on the total weight of the order at the time of purchase.
Shipping damage may occur. Please immediately inspect all orders before signing off with the shipping company. You must refuse any orders that show obvious signs of damage at delivery. If you need to return the order due to shipping damage that was not visible at the time of delivery, please call us immediately. ShineRetrofits.com is not responsible for any damage that is reported more than 24 hours after receiving the product. Once the damage is reported provided that it is within 24 hours, we will contact the shipping carrier for inspection and provide you with further instructions. We will make every effort to resolve the damaged case as soon as possible.
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after order delivery. For all returns, you must contact us in advance to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form. We reserve the right to reject any returned item that does not meet our guidelines. If we reject any returned item, you will not receive a refund on such item. You are responsible for all return shipping cost, and all shipping charges are non-refundable. Returning parts that do not have prior authorization will be rejected and you will be responsible for any costs to return the products to you. All parts that have been authorized for return must be received within 14 days after RMA was issued. Your only recourse for any issues on products that are requested after 30 days of purchase is the warranty offered through the manufacturer. A 20% restocking fee applies to ALL parts returned unless you order a direct replacement. Refunds for all returned items may take up to 60 days to process after the returned item is received.
All returns must be in original packaging, unused, in re-sellable condition. Any items that are returned without the original packaging, with the genuine manufacturer label not intact, appear to be used, or are not in re-sellable condition will be returned to customer at customer’s expense. CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
Should you request that a replacement part be shipped at the time the return is requested, ShineRetrofits.com may request, in its sole discretion, payment for the replacement part. Upon receipt of the returned item, the payment for the replacement part will be credited to you. If ShineRetrofits.com does not receive the item from you, you agree that you will be responsible for payment on both the item that was to be returned and the item that was shipped to you as a replacement.
