That's because each fixture comes with either four or six T5HO or T8 lamps that lasts for at least 35,000 hours -- nearly twice as long as standard fluorescent and HID bulbs.
And maintenance is a snap thanks to AEI's patented push-button internal compartment access. Just a push of a button moves the lamp tray out of the way, giving you access to the ballast compartment -- no tools are required.
The ColdMax T5FR lighting fixtures are built to withstand extreme environments such as freezers, cold storage, and other subzero applications. They feature durable aluminum housings that are fully sealed by rubber gasketing. The fixtures can be mounted either by surface, chain, gripple or pendant mounting. And they are UL listed, Energy Star qualified, and backed by a five year warranty.
