Barron Lighting's CH900X LED Edge-lit Exit Sign, approved by the City of Chicago, is available in both surface and recessed mounting options. It comes in AC-only or self-powered models, with the latter featuring a Lithium Ion battery that lasts at least 90 minutes during an outage. The recessed model has an extruded aluminum trim plate and a 20-gauge steel housing, while the surface mount version includes an extruded aluminum housing and a steel canopy.
