We are pleased to currently offer a free shipping on order over $1,000 to customers in the lower 48 states! This flat rate applies only to regular ground shipping to the lower 48 states and excludes Hawaii and Alaska. For orders outside the lower 48 states, shipping charges are calculated on the total weight of the order at the time of purchase. We calculate shipping costs based on the best method in order to get the order to you as cost effectively and as quickly as possible. Most orders will ship out standard ground shipping. Since many of our items are fairly large and can weigh a lot, some orders may be shipped directly from the manufacturer and require freight shipping. This may result in taking a little longer to arrive at your shipping address. If you have special shipping requests, please call us when you place the order.
Privacy & Security
Shine Retrofits values your privacy and understands our responsibility in handling your personal information securely. Under no circumstances at any time will your private information be given to anyone or used for anything other than processing orders. All personal information is handled by an authorized company employee.
Returns & Replacements
We offer a 30 day refund return policy from the date you receive the product. Before returning an item, please email support@shineretrofits.com for an authorizatized ROA (Return Order Authorization). Please list the order number and reason for returning in the email. All products must be returned in unopened and original packaging. The return address may not be the same as the original shipping address. We charge a 20% restocking fee on returned items. If you have any questions at all before ordering to make sure you have the correct products, please do not hesitate to call us or email.
Shipping damage may occur. Though we cannot control the shipment once it leaves it's origin due to being in the shipping company's hands, we continually work with out vendors and shippers to ensure all packages are handled responsibly and with care. We apologize for any freight or shipping damage that occurs with your order. Please immediately inspect all orders before signing off with the shipping company. If you need to return the order due to shipping, please call use immediately and we will take care of it for you.
Ordering
We strive to provide an easy and secure ordering process for our customers. We provide a one-page checkout in which you can fill out all your information efficiently and quickly. You will be emailed an order confirmation when you place the order to the email address that you registered with.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We have partnered with Google Checkout and Paypal to provide you with the most secure and trusted payment systems available. We understand your payment information is extremely sensitive and strive to make sure no breach of security happens with our customers. We accept payments through your existing accouns with Google Checkout and Paypal, credit card through Paypal's secure server, and check or money order sent to our headquarters. All checks and money orders will be verified and deposited before the order ships.
Sales and Use tax: Sales tax is collected on all sales occuring in the state of Colorado. Customers and end users are responsible for sales and use tax outside the state of Colorado, if applicable.
Updating Account Information and Viewing Orders
You can view your account information and orders at any time by logging in with the email and password you created with us during your first order. You may click on "My Account" or "Log In" in the top menu. The first page is "My Dashboard" in which you can view your current and past orders and contact information. Other information regarding your account can be found on the left side menu.
